This weekend I took my girl Emma to Greenfield Lake Amphitheater. We saw The Movement. (She doesn't love reggae, but she knew EVERY song!) The opening bands got the energy just right, then the sun went down, a drink in my hand, a few of my favorite people by my side & everything felt just right. I absolutely love the life I am living. LIVING. Jam-packed weekends that include a whole lot of ocean, sunshine, good vibes & leave me feeling exhausted on a Monday - in need of all the coffee. That's the life for me. We only get one life & I am here to live it to the fullest with my people. I am forever trying to find a pair of good comfy jean shorts! These ones have some freaking awesome stretch to them, not stiff & uncomfortable. I wore them to the concert, but Emma said my butt cheeks were out when I was stretching up into the Jeep, so you already know I am gonna grab a size larger today... The idea of a hair style being called "Beach Waves" makes me laugh. Do I love the look, absolutely YES, do I know for a dang fact that my hair looks nothing like this when at the beach... also... YES! I get mad at myself if I forget to show up with braids in for beach days. The wind & salt air makes my hair go into one crazy tangled-up mess that takes me 15 pumps of conditioner to work through it. Anyways... here's my "Beach Waves" from this awesome 3 Barrel Curling Iron. It works like a crimper... which is freaking amazing with the length of hair I have. Super fast to heat up & easy to use. I am sure the wave look would have lasted longer with a little product. However, I don't own any hair spray. It's just not my thing. Maybe I'll have to invest in some to make it hold longer. What do you think? Do you love that "Beach Wave" look? You already know I grabbed it on Amazon & you can too.
